In 1950 our founder Harmon Dobson opened the first Whataburger. He had a simple goal: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold and so good that after one bite guests would say, "What a burger!" Today, more than 70 years later, we continue the mission to proudly serve our customers and their communities - 24 hours a day, 364 days a year!
